RedaNg & BacK..
Went to the beauTiFul resort island of redang last weekend (Vesak Day weekend)... The cLeaR bLue sky~ the clear sea water~ the fine white sandy beach~After the past few days of rain everywhere... iT really is a God blessed weather during our stay at redang~!
Well.. the ten hours bus ride from SG to Trengganu was quite tedious.. what with the surprise of finding out that my 2 other friends travelling with me, have actually hooked up with each other! gee.. cant really chit chat to them while they cuddling up and whispering to each other right? *shRuGs* :p So sms and warn sharon who is coming down from KL to meet us.. yup she was quite "shock" by the news ba.. afterall she & Mad known each other since sec sch.. even me cant believe Kazae n her can click so close.. tehy are so different.. hmmm
Sharon's friend zeNas (aka phua chu kang) was such a funny fella~ He brought lots of fun & laughter to this trip yah~ During the days there, we went snorkelling, dug a hole by the beach to form our own lil' pool~, went kayaking..., try to catch lil' fishes by the shoreline, see the star spotted sky at night, and woke up early to see the gorgeous sun rise~! I have never seen so much fishy~!!! And near our resort only.. the waters contain lots of fish oredi.. got baby sharks too!! Ha.. and many schools of pomfrets leh~..
One of 3 the snorkelling we skipped to spend time on our own.. Zenas hooked up all our life-jackets to make a sort of floating device.. while Kazae & Sharon were teaching maddie to swim, we lie on the life jackets and chit chat while we tan~ wah.. leisure sia~! Btw.. Maddie can swim now! Hah.. congraTs~ =n.n= Went kayaking for awhile with kazae.. but really tiring sport, so went out a little bit then we head back to shore le.. We caught 2 lil fishy after our efforts at the shoreline.. hahaha.. Jack n Jill as Zenas calls them ;p They were released before we board the boat on our departure... The nights were spent with exploring the nearby resorts and their "discos".. hahaha.. the last night everyone stayed up to play Dai dee (coz next day 7 hours bus ride to KL) while i sadly fell asleep and missed it all.. ha..
The bus trip to KL was started by another hour of Dai dee. after which everyone went and dozed.. reach KL @ around 7+ pm .. it was pouring! Ha.. we no pray for good weather in KL .. :p Checked into our room and went out to find dinner and explore KL~ Had cheap japanese foodie from isetan supermarket.. so stuffed! then went to Planet holywood where sharon got a shirt.. I went to SEED and got a top as well.. coz the next day no top to wear le.. ha ;p We walked around some more till the pub area~ Wanted to go into one and have a drink .. but was rejected coz of our slippers.. gee :( Didnt walk all teh way to where Zenas say is ZOuk.. too far.. We walked along the mrt? line. Each pillar have an alphabet, so we literally walked from A-Z and back to A again...was quite tired and cranky by then.. leg pain~*sob*
Hotel was quite small, but oredi cost us 100RM wor.. Everyone took turns in the shower.. after listening to some of Zenas ghost and crap stories, we all submitted to the sleep bug.. ... to wake in less then 5 minutes to Kazae's snoring~! Hahaha.. aiyah.. know he very tired.. bu still quite funny.. esp if you saw his bed mate-zenas- expression.. XD
Next day Sharon & Zenas went to borow car while we wash up.. left to T.G.I Fridaye for brunch cum Maddie's birthday celebration!!! Think she quite enjoyed that.. =n.n= Oh.. there's this drink called mudslide.. it's so chocolaty creamy and nice!*slurp* Went to the shopping centres then is a mad rush to check out of hotel and head to the bus station le..
It was pouring by the time we left the hotel, and hailing a cab was mission impossible, so we walked in the rAin to the station... there were 2 umbrellas only, and i walked with my hooded jacket.. Zenas is seldom under the umbrella though.. ha.. It was quite a goodbye at the station.. think all of us will miss zenas this funny young fella.. and his hospitality was great. Many offers for him to come to SG after his uk trip june to dec..Maddie offer to cover his lodgings le~ =n.n=
Redang.. beautiful place.. KL is wet and costly.. back home.. TireD & HungRY.. ha.. went for supper after shower and change.. was so tired the next day coz leave was cancelled and i had to rush back office in morning.. sighz..
