Mission accomplished...

Feel bad about messing up Sapna's home and keeping her up till so late... Anyways, thanks to Sarah and Sapna's help.. the cookies are completed~ Really 'Handmade' as Jay called them.. keke.. =n.n=

YOu can see the 'choc chip cookie man' i tried to make.. I made abt only 16 of them.. the rest head fell off or other parts fell apart.. keke... The trick was to make them thinner... hmm..

I got an instant cookie mix from the bakery tools shop.. panicked just now coz dunno need egg or not..I am used to mixing with egg sugar etc.. den using the microwave oven at Sapna's made me realise that to make it nice, i cant use the oven function... THe cookie function will take about 20min each batch!!! (Toaster oven only 3 min for each batch of 6 cookies wor~...-.-")

I think only madeline will get to taste this batch of cookies.. went to her place just now to drop a few pieces off since she is only a few blocks away from sapna's place at ave 9.. heehee..Waiting for her comments, but i think the ones i did in May taste better.. =p The rest of the cookies are for this sat's BLUE Charity carnival in my office @ clifford pier... Suppose to contribute and sell it at the carnival.. proceeds will go to St Theresa old folks home~!!

This company of mine very interesting hor~=n.n=

Okie time to sleep.... baking cookies darn tiring... 9+pm - 1.30am.. sheesh...next time i'll just cook fishball and bring sia... hahaha...;D

Hope all my friends and love ones sleep well in this cool windy night...~ Cheerios to the first day of XmAS~!!
