Time to settle down..

Not to start a family lah~ haha.. not until any male fella decides to propose however.. Hmm.. mebbe I'd start another blog entry about 'How would you like to be propose to...'

Well, went to an interview yesterday at OUB Centre..with no info other than the address and that it's a temp $12/hour secretarial position.. so i went.. Met Sipei & sharon (pei came down for lunch) at Philip street and caught up awhile.. Turns out the client is SCB wor~ and the position is more of a project coordinator + bit admin and minute taking stuff.. It went well, and I think the boss like mie leh.. hurhur.. From my understanding, my role is to consolidate/chase for weekly and monthly reports from Project Managers and book them for meetings, take minutes of key followup issues, and watch the project budget and flunctuation.. I felt good about the meeting and as i was stepping out the door another lady caught hold of me to interview mie for position of her assistant - sounded like a pure admin job so I wasnt very keen.. and she no intro herself also =_="

I left raffles place ler den the agent from Kelly services called mie and asked about my interview.. Apparently SCB side offered to up my pay to $15/hour!!! I is happy loh~ Mister niah who was upset about his past few days of zero sales say he wanna quit liao.. end up ma jiam i still earn $100 more than him and mine is temp job some more! *chuckle* Well.. Mon - thurs wil be 8:30am - 6:30pm and fri will be 8:30am-5:30pm working hours.. mie mie must wake up and be on time!!! Anyways i cancelled my interview at NCB for thurs ler.. coz it's a perm position in IT project management lydat.. and this SCB position is IT related BUT it's a role i no play before and adds to existing portfolio mah.. PLUS it's a temp position so only 3 mths min commitment... I is dun mind :D Work starts next tuesdaye~!

Went JA office after signing contract at IP.. then she very nice loh.. drop mie at Cityhall while I waited for June.. After make up we went find JOey and her friend Kar Seng at Wine connection - Robertson Quay. I had a glass of white and red.. dun really like his choices but the wine there really cheap.. then Joey took pictures for us for Sat's walk-in SQ Interview

We decided to go for fun.. keke.. and mister niah say mie and june sure fail coz we overweight.. KNS! I thought June have chance coz she got height wor~ It's gonna be a tiring saturday.. but girls day out again.. sounds like fun no? =n.n=

Rach sms ytd and we made a promise to dress up next sat.. it's Rach bday cum halloween weekend!!! *chuckle* Fun awaits~

Busy weekend last week... Fri went shopping with Ja & Jase.. ended up at tasting notes and no gift for Jon.. pair of cufflings for mister niah though.. keke.. Then Sat Jase Ja & Jon went tasting notes again for their wine sale.. Mie didnt go coz not in a very good mood on sat.. Plus i've been out almost whole day ler scouting for mister Jon's gifts.. ended up at YCK porridge place and a beer with botak..

Sunday! Rise and shine~~~ Headed to noble house for sumptuous lunch! Went for a game of bowling at marina south (i came in 3rd!!) THen we headed to rafflesCity for Jon's boyzillian present... Mmm.. cut cake and chill awhile at a pub in the hotel beside Cartel.. and ended with Resident Evil: The extinction @ Great world city~! Nice movie.. but ending very fast ...Took cab and drop Clara off while mie niah and jase went to 304 for fishball..

After that accompanied niah to ah bao place for his dotter 1 yr old thingy coz he keep nagging.. haha.. nice conversation.. and it was good to see nic & liyana again =n.n=
